The results of the <br /> test will indicate the potential for further failures and the needs for repairs or <br /> replacements. The associated piping and pumps are currently being modified to allow as <br /> much piping and pump(s)to be within the walls of the sulfuric acid storage tank berm <br /> thus minimizing the potential for another spill. <br /> Finally,this letter serves to notify your department, and others, of POSDEF's completing <br /> its response, investigation, cleanup, site restoral and disposal of affected soil.
