This approval has been based on the information provided in the waste profile <br /> and associated materials submitted by the Generator, POSDEF Power Company, L.P., dated <br /> August 4, 1995. Acceptance of the referenced waste is subject to the terms and conditions in the <br /> Ash Disposal Agreement between FORWARD, INC and POSDEF Power Company, L.P., dated <br /> June 14, 1995. <br /> Your approval number for this project will be CMM-4430.
