("POSDEF")has completed the soil removal of the <br /> affected area during our acid spill on July 16, 1995. Pursuant to our conversation this <br /> morning we are requesting your presence during the sampling of the cleaned up site. JL <br /> Analytical Services, Inc. will be at our facility at 12:30 p.m. today, Monday, July 24, <br /> 1995,to perform the independent sampling. A split of the sample will be available at <br /> your request. POSDEF will have JL Analytical Services, Inc. perform corrosivity (pH) <br /> testing on the cleaned up site as per Title 22 to verify completion of the remediation.
