Requests for a public hearing, including <br /> the issues to be raised, must be submitted in writing to either <br /> of the contacts listed above by June 21, 1990. If a public <br /> hearing is held, DHS and EPA will give 30 days prior notice to <br /> the public. Written and oral comments will be accepted at the <br /> hearing. <br /> At the close of the comment period, EPA and DHS will make the <br /> final decision after considering all comments. EPA, DHS <br /> and the Stockton Public Library will have a record of the <br /> decision and the comments received. All commentors will be <br /> notified of the decision. <br />
