This variance applies only to the oil-water separator at <br /> Building 508, as described in the variance application. The <br /> unit shall be operated and monitored as specified in the <br /> variance application. <br /> b. The discharge from the oil-water separator must not contain <br /> hazardous constituents in any concentration which may <br /> present a hazard to human health, domestic livestock, or <br /> wildlife. <br /> C. The discharge must not be hazardous or extremely hazardous <br /> waste, as defined under Article 11 of Title 22, California <br /> Administrative Code. <br /> You are directed to notify this office of any changes in your <br /> facility operations that would negate the above findings and/or <br /> conditions. <br /> As a hazardous waste generator, your facility still has the <br /> responsibility to handle, store, and dispose of all such waste in <br /> accordance with applicable state and federal regulations. <br /> If you have any questions concerning this letter, please call <br /> Keith Riley at (916) 739-2834 . <br /> Si rely, <br /> J,Ames T.
