s W" .- <br /> a <br /> r <br /> LEGAL NOTICE <br /> STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH SERVICES <br /> IIITENT TO CLOSE <br /> THREE HAZARDOUS WASTE FACILITIES <br /> The Department of Health Services , Toxic Substances Control Division, has <br /> received closure plans for three facilities located on Naval Communication <br /> Station in Stockton, California. These facilities are an undcarground <br /> waste oil storage tank near Building 816C, a drum and tank storage area in <br /> Lot A-804 and a container storage area in Building 816D. This closure <br /> applies to these facilities only and not Naval Communication Station as a <br /> whole. On-site disposal of hazardous waste in these areas is prohibited. <br /> By this notice, the Department is inviting comments from governmental agencies <br /> and interested members of the public before closure of the above mentioned <br /> facilities. All comments must be received in writing by the Department <br /> within 30 days of the publication of this notice:..
