Building 707 is not a hazardous waste storage facility . <br /> Accordingly , with respect to Building 707 , none of the violations <br /> sited in the Order , nor any of the prescriptions and schedules <br /> relating thereto , are applicable . <br /> 2 . Building 706E is a hazardous waste storage facility . The <br /> building is locked at all times and access is restricted to <br /> authorized personnel . <br /> 3 . As of February , Building 706E has been equipped with an <br /> emergency eyewash station. Also as of February , a policy has <br /> been instituted whereby authorized personnel may only enter <br /> the building if they carry two-way radios . The radios are <br /> monitored by the facility Fire Department twenty-four hours a <br /> day . <br /> 4 . Some of the employees who work at the facility are employed <br /> by other Federal agencies . The training records , job titles and <br /> job descriptions are maintained by their respective agency <br /> personnel records custodians .
