As we discussed,Terry <br /> Fierro,the Operations Manager stopped by your facility and dropped off some information to <br /> resolve the recent violation at The Home Depot store#1006. 1 have listed each violation below <br /> and have noted what has been done to resolve each item. <br /> #20,—failed to properly label containers of hazardous waste. <br /> Resolution: Terry provided copies of pictures showing proof that all containers are labeled in the <br /> hazardous waste area. <br /> #22. -Failed to submit TSDF manifest to the Department for Out of State shipments. <br /> Resolution: Terry provided the manifest copy and the envelope showing proof that the manifest <br /> was sent to the Department <br /> #25.—Generator manifest copies not sent to the Department within 30 days. <br /> Resolution: I have provided a copy of the signed-off manifest and envelope to show proof of the <br /> manifest being sent to the DTSC. <br /> #27,—Failed to keep signed copy for 3 years. <br /> Resolution: The Home Depot has access to an on-line program available via the Internet where <br /> manifest can be accessed and printed. All manifest are available on this website indefinitely.
