STOCKTON, CA 95X&VW <br />FAkM1469-316�i <br />OWNER <br />MACHADO,ED <br />1 �4� <br />_ _j E <br />11ft*4IZ[j0]j'LNI[WAj *6E <br />OWM <br />Parcel Number: 208-180-18 <br />TENANT <br />This department has received a report of a violation on your property located at: 17333 S COMCONEX RD, <br />MANT, An investigation by this department indicates that the following violations exist: <br />9-1905,3 SJCO: Violates Existing Land Use Permits <br />Violation Description: <br />Violation of Land Use permit by storage of diesel trucks, <br />trailers, dirt, concrete and crushed concrete materials <br />outside the limits of the permit. <br />We realize that in most instances the property owner is not aware of a non-compliance with the County <br />Ordinances. Therefore, our enforcement personnel are available to assist you in determining how this violation <br />can be resolved. <br />Your property will be reinspected on or after 12/22/2014. If the violation has been corrected, our file will be <br />closed. If, however, violations of County Ordinances continue to exist, appropriate enforcement action will be <br />taken. Enforcement action may result in the issuance of a citation requiring you to appear in court or the <br />Issuance of a referral to the District Attorney's office. If convicted, court fines can exceed $1000.00. <br />Section 9-1905.4 (b)(1) San Joaquin County Ordinance Code gives you the right to appeal the enforcement <br />agency's finding of a violation within 30 calendar days of notification of some violations. A written request for an <br />office hearing stating your grounds for appeal may be filed in an attempt to resolve the matter. (See attachment) <br />Section 9-1905.5 of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code authorizes this department to recover all <br />costs associated with correcting the violations on the prop". County Ordinance Code states that if a Land <br />Use permit or business license is required to correct this action, the cost of the permit or license shall be two (2) <br />times the application fee normally charged for the application to a maximum of $500,00.
