For violations of the First Cause of Action, that defendants be assessed a civil penalty <br /> 6 of not less than TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($25,000.00)per day per violation of <br /> 7 Health and Safety Code § 25189(c) etc., in an amount according to proof,but not less than TWO <br /> 8 HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($200,00.00); <br /> 9 3. For violations of the Second Cause of Action, that defendant be assessed a civil penalty <br /> 10 of not less than TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($25,000.00) for each and every act in <br /> 11 violation of Fish and Game Code § 5650.1, in an amount according to proof but not less than TWO <br /> 12 HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($250,000.00); <br /> 13 4.
