3.3 Agreement Managers. Mr. James L. Tjosvold, P.E., Chief of Northern <br /> California - Central Cleanup Operations, is designated by DTSC as its Manager for this <br /> Agreement. Mr. Chris McDougall (Proponent) is assigned as project manager for this <br /> agreement. Each Party to this Agreement shall provide at least ten (10) days advance <br /> written notice to the other of any change in its designated manager. <br /> 3.4 Notices and Submittals.
