SELF PROPELLED SWEEPER RESIDUAL <br /> DISPOSAL PROCEDURE <br /> NexFrame <br /> 4819 Fite Court <br /> Stockton, CA 95215 <br /> 2/8/2008 <br /> 1. After use the material collected by the sweeper is to be stored in a double walled or <br /> double contained container labeled as"non hazardous waste." <br /> 2. Periodically,the liquid phase is to be removed and sent off site for disposal as a non <br /> hazardous waste. Hazardous Waste Manifests will not be utilized due to the non <br /> hazardous characteristics of the liquid phase. <br /> 3. The settled sludge of metal particles is to be removed from the storage container and air <br /> dried. After drying the metal particles are to be disposed of with the process metal scrap <br /> generated during truss and beam fabrication. The scrap metal is sent off site for recycling <br /> and reuse. <br /> 4. Annually,the liquid phase of the sweeper residue will be characterized to determine its <br /> chemical composition and establish the non hazardous nature of the liquid phase. <br /> -2- <br />
