amount of material removed is a small percentage of the total metal roll formed into the
fabricated element, and is collected at each machine.
In addition to the roll forming of the various fabricated components the facility constructs
a fully panelized model, within the factory, as a final quality control check of the
completed structure.
The roll forming operation is housed inside the NexFrame factory building and does not
have exposure to storm water. Coil stock is transported to the roll forming machine with
on-site facility fork lifts. Included in the wall fabrication are vendor supplied structural
construction components consisting of Hardy Panels and Paco beams and columns (Red
iron beams) which are installed into the finished wall assembly.
The finished wall panels, trusses, and floor systems are stacked and transported via the
fork lift to the trailers parked outside, for subsequent delivery to the construction site.
Shipments are based upon delivery of numerous fabricated components to the same
construction site or the delivery of all components to the building pad.
2.2 Operating Equipment
NexFrame utilizes material handling equipment to move facility equipment and raw
material about the facility. The following equipment list indicates the major types of
equipment used at NexFrame, their docking location, and scheduled inspections.
NexFrame EQUIPMENT LIST
EQUIPMENT QTY.
