The roll forming operation is housed inside the NexFrame factory building and does not have exposure to storm water. Coil stock is transported to the roll forming machine with on-site facility fork lifts. Included in the wall fabrication are vendor supplied structural construction components consisting of Hardy Panels and Paco beams and columns (Red iron beams) which are installed into the finished wall assembly. The finished wall panels, trusses, and floor systems are stacked and transported via the fork lift to the trailers parked outside, for subsequent delivery to the construction site.
