In response to the waste oil tank assessment I <br /> still have concerns. In using the check list you provided I found that the assessment is not required under the regulation (please <br /> see Appendix 3/assessment standards:Assessment renewal). It tells us that the renewal is not required if the tank has secondary <br /> containment that meets the standards. I have attached a photo of the tank tag clearly showing that the tank was certified with <br /> secondary containment by the Underwriters laboratory.Why is this not sufficient in meeting the requirements as written in the <br /> regulation ?
