Violation #20 -Failed to properly label containers of hazardous waste. <br />Correction of violation- Properly labeled 55 gallon drum of waste antifreeze. <br />See attached picture. <br />2. Violation #21 -Failed to keep containers of hazardous waste closed, except when <br />adding or removing hazardous waste. <br />Correction of violation- Emptied and removed open 5 gallon pails of waste oil <br />from waste oil area. <br />3. Violation #88- Stored hazardous waste on site greater than 180 days. <br />Correction of violation- Had 5 gallons of waste antifreeze contained in a 55 <br />gallon drum removed from site by George Lowry, INC. Environmental Services. <br />See attached manifest <br />Correction of violation- Emptied 55 gallon drum of waste oil into waste oil tank <br />to be removed from site from site by George Lowry, INC.
