MAINTENANCE HAZARDOUS WASTE MANUAL <br />FOREWORD <br />This Maintenance Hazardous Waste Manual has been developed and issued to provide all <br />field maintenance employees with a guide for the correct handling, storing and disposal <br />of hazardous waste which results from the use of our regular working stock. <br />It is the duty of the Caltrans Highway Maintenance Managers, Superintendents, and <br />Supervisors to conduct a lawful hazardous waste handling, storage and disposal program <br />for the type of materials that are used in their operations.
