<br /> The facility has a wash bay with a sump and a clarifier.There is a water treatment system that is attached to the
<br /> wash bay where filters take out particulates.The water then goes through the clarifier. The manger was not sure if
<br /> the wastes associated with the wash bay or the clarifier were hazardous or not. No disposal records were observed
<br /> during the inspection. Any person who generates a waste shall determine if the waste is a hazardous waste.
<br /> Immediately make a hazardous waste determination for the wash bay and clarifier wastes, and manage them
<br /> according to Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Submit a statement and supporting documentation explaining
<br /> how this waste was managed.
<br /> This is a minor violation.
