To: Stacy Rivera REHS <br />Hello Stacy. Regarding our Hazardous waste generator inspection report dated May 27, 2016 we have <br />made the following corrections: <br />Item 105: we have cleaned up, and disposed of metal fines made by the key machine, and disposed of <br />then in to our metal fines Hazardous waste container. We have also removed the key machine. Photos <br />are included <br />Item 107: 1 contacted our district Hazardous Waste Manager and received an updated Contingency Plan. <br />A copy of this plan is included. The new updated plan has been put into our contingency plan folder. <br />Item 111: We located our training records for the employees in the shop and have attached them. <br />Item 115: we contacted Safety Kleen and received copies of the missing Manifests and have filed them <br />in the proper file. Copies of the manifests are included. <br />Item 116: signed off manifests are included <br />Item 303: cleaned out spill containment units and made sure they were clean & dry. Photos included. <br />Item 403: we had a meeting and discussed with the Mechanics the importance of keeping the lids on the <br />Hazardous waste containers. We have made sure that the barrels are not over stuffed and that the lids <br />fit properly. Photos are included <br />Item 601: the steel blue drum in question was remove by Safety Kleen and properly disposed of along <br />with other hazardous waste we had on the premises. Copies if the manifests are included as well as a <br />picture of empty oil room. NOTE: the barrels in the pictures are empty, clean barrels to be used for <br />Hazardous waste only if needed. <br />Item 605: We checked labels on all our Hazardous waste containers.
