1 and 45 Self certified SPCC is now implemented on site. Employee training completed <br />07/28/2011. Attendance sheet attached to packet. The contingency plan was in a <br />locked office at time of Inspection. It is now located in the Right To Know area and <br />accessible to all Employees. <br />Class 11 18: All for mentioned waste was removed. Copies of Manifest attached to this packet. <br />Class 11 20: 35 Gal drum of used Antifreeze was labeled with a Hazardous Waste Decal and <br />transferred to Shops main used Antifreeze tank. Lead waste 5 Gal buckets are now Haz <br />Waste labeled with property and physical state. Lead waste removal was requested via <br />e-mail (see attached copies). Vendor has scheduled pick up. <br />Class II: 60, 61, 62. Misplaced manifest for July through Dec 2009 have been located and copies <br />attached to packet. <br />Class II 79, 83. All fluorescent bulbs have been removed from site. Manifest attached, awaiting <br />signed off copies. <br />All fluorescent bulb waste boxes were labeled with a Universal Decal with start date. <br />Used alkaline battery container was shipped to disposal site; shipping document <br />attached to packet. Used battery container is labeled Universal waste with start date. <br />7: Metal fine 5 Gal bucket is labeled "Hazardous Waste" with start date and in place and <br />are being monitored on a weekly basis. <br />49: Our training records are kept in an electronic online system called LMS. Copies of <br />training records attached to packet. <br />63: See class 60, 61, 62 above <br />84: See class 79, 83 above <br />85: See class 79, 83 above; We have set in place the practice of using a log to track our <br />Universal Waste as was suggested on the Inspection Report. <br />
