Analysis for Chromium was not completed on the testing for the brake rotor shaving <br />metal fines. BSRO engaged APEX to obtain a sample of the metal shavings at the above <br />referenced location. A copy of the laboratory analytical results is attached. <br />2. A hazardous waste tank assessment for the used oil tank is incomplete. BSRO engaged <br />APEX Companies to perform a Pressure Test of the above ground used oil tank. A copy <br />of the PE certification and report is attached hereto. <br />BSRO takes its environmental responsibilities seriously and makes every effort to comply with <br />all applicable regulations.
