Hammer Lane <br /> Stockton, CA 95210 <br /> PIN: 155462 /6-Digit 028746 /4-Digit 3583 <br /> Dear Ms. Baker: <br /> Bridgestone Retail Operations, LLC (BSRO) has received, reviewed, and corrected the <br /> findings identified in the attached Large Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator (LQG) <br /> Inspection Report dated May 30, 2018. Below is a listing of the findings along with <br /> BSRO's response. <br /> LQG Hazardous Waste Inspection Report <br /> 1. #103 - CCR 66262.40(c) Failed to retain hazardous waste determination <br /> including waste analysis on site for 3 years. No waste analysis was available <br /> for the metal fines and oil/water separator sludge waste. This waste is being <br /> disposed of as non-hazardous waste. <br /> Attached are the waste characterizations for the metal fines associated with the <br /> brake lathe and for the oil/water separator waste. <br /> BSRO is in the process of updating the waste characterization for the metal fines <br /> generated for our California stores. <br /> 2. #114 & #115 - CCR 66262.42(a)(b)(d) Failed to comply with uniform hazardous <br /> waste manifest exception requirements. The following manifests were found <br /> without a signed copy from the destination facility: 017791888JJK 8/31/17, <br /> 016774314JJK 10/23/17, 018233758JJK 1/24/18, 017792260JJK 3/14/18, <br /> 018233928JJK 2/13/18, and 018236963JJK 12/10/17.
