Existing basement under tank (12' x 15' x 12') holds <br /> 16,000 gallons. interconnected nearby shed basement <br /> 12' x 12' x 6') holds 6,000 gallons. Together the base- <br /> ments provide complete containment. <br /> 9. Evaporation Tank (3 cells) <br /> a. Counter measure plan for leaking evaporation cell. <br /> 1. Pump leaking cell into one of remaining two cells. <br /> 2. Divert influent into good cells. <br /> 3. Absorb minor spills and shovel into empty barrels <br /> and transport to Class 1 disposal site. <br /> 10. North and South Oil Separators <br /> IN <br /> a. Counter measure plan for leaking separator <br /> 1. Empty alternate separators to determine which is <br /> leaking. <br /> 2. Divert all flow through good separator. <br /> 3.
