Fremont St., Stockton CA <br />San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) performed a routine hazardous waste inspection on <br />May 1, 2007 at the above referenced site. <br />An inspection report was issued identifying additional information to bring this site into compliance. This <br />information was required to be submitted by June 1, 2007. This information has not been received resulting in a <br />non-compliant status for this facility. <br />Our office received correspondence on June 1, 2007 and October 11, 2007 from your facility but still have not been <br />given an estimated date of completing the missing information. <br />Failure to correct the violations will result in continuing/additional violations. <br />Note: All EHD staff time associated with failing to comply, including the issuance of this letter, is billed at the <br />current hourly rate ($98).
