T�W T,.D TML—r <br />WMFOg,�UTION CONTRO — IS <br />ii 'T Sum 1), ��CeFoi�' CALIFOR24IA 95201 <br />411THORITY TO CONSTRUCT <br />PERMIT NO.(s): AP 92-069 <br />ISSUANCE DATE: 05/11/92 <br />LEGAL OWNER OR OPERATOR: PANELLA TRUCKING INC. <br />MAILING ADDRESS 5000 EAST FREMONT <br />STOCKTON, CA <br />LOCATION: 5000 EAST FREMONT, STOCKTON <br />EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION: BAYCO MODEL BB -56 BAKE OFF OVEN <br />CONDITIONS <br />1—No air contaminant shall be discharged into the atmosphere for a period <br />or periods aggregating more than 3 minutes in any one hour which is as dark <br />as or darker than Ringelmann 1 or equivalent 20% opacity. <br />2—No air contaminant shall be released into the atmosphere which causes a <br />public nuisance. <br />3 -The oven shall be fired on natural gas only. <br />4 -The maximum amount of natural gas used shall not exceed 3000 cubic feet <br />in any single day. <br />5 -The NOx and VOC emissions from the oven shall not exceed 0.5 pounds <br />respectively in any single day. <br />6 -The oven shall be used exclusively for burning off hydrocarbons from the <br />residue of water recycling and filtration system. <br />7 -The afterburner shall be preheated to a minimum temperature of 1400 deg F <br />before the burn -off process temperature of 800 deg F in the primary chamber <br />is utilized. <br />8 -The minimum temperature of 1400 deg F shall be maintained throughout the <br />burn -off process. <br />(CONDITIONS CONTINUE ON THE NEXT PAGE) <br />This is NOT a PERMIT TO OPERATE. Aoprovai or denial of PERMIT TO OPERATE will be made after <br />an inspection to determine if the eouipment has been constructed in accordance with the approved pians and <br />specifications and if the eouipment can be operated in compliance with all Rules and Regulations of the San Joaquin <br />Valley Unified Air Pollution Controi District. PLEASE NOTIFY THE DISTRICT AT (209) 468-3474 WHEN <br />CONSTRUCTION OF THE EQUIPMENT IS COMPLETED.
