in
WrOMOLOW
In 1991, Panella Trucking, Inc. completed the installation of our
automated truck and trailer washing facility. This facility
Includes a water recycling and filtration system. During the
normal course of operation a wet residue is generated, consisting
primarily of dirt and small amounts of oil and grease. It is this
residue that must be dealt with in an environmentally safe manner.
Panella Trucking, Inc. working in conjunction with Epoxylite
Company has determined that using a Bayco BB -56 Heat Cleaning Oven
is the best alternative for drying the residue. Representatives
from Epoxylite have assured us that the product remaining after the
drying process is environmentally safe. Also, Epoxylite has
assured us that stack emissions from this process will meet county,
state, and federal regulations. Tests conducted by an independent
lab on materials with significantly more oil and grease than our
residue have substantiated the claims of Epoxylite. Copies of
these test results are included in this package.
Panella Trucking, Inc. is prepared to work with County Air
Pollution Staff to see this project to a successful conclusion.
Pending the granting of the authority to construct, we intend to
move forward on the project as expeditiously as all parties
involved will allow.
