I also attached our spcc plan that I believe states we do not need to perform any further testing on our oil tank. I have been reviewing the Waste Oil tank assessment perform by Tanknology and our SPCC plan that is on site. If I'm understanding this right, here in Lathrop we have a 3,000 gallon tank 1500 new/1500 used. As noted in previous county inspections we fall under USEPA March 2004 Industry Settlement, which does not require this form of testing (we do not have oil tank in excess of 5,000 gallons) I'm attaching our SPCC plan that states this info as well. Also reviewing Tanknology's assessment no other items are needed to be performed to our tank, it has met the standard and is operating condition.
