I've closed out three of the violations. This is what I still need: <br />-For 102 1 need the actual analytical results that Safety Clean ran. If you can get a copy of them and send it to me or if <br />they don't have it then the analysis will have to be done again and send me the results. <br />-For 512 1 need the full tank assessment once you receive it. <br />-For 601 you sent me a copy of the top part of the receipt. Can you make a copy of the bottom half where it says <br />"Shipping Document"? That is the part I need to see. <br />Thank you so much for taking care of everything so fast.
