9 <br />To : San Joaquin County Environmental Health Dept. <br />7/20/2018 <br />Return to Compliance report. <br />The following are corrections made to the violations noted on our inspection at Swift Transportation 901 <br />D'arcy Parkway, Lathrop CA 95330 <br />Item 102 Failed to determine if a waste is a hazard - <br />Attached is the manifest from our waste vendor Safety Kleen, our truck wash system is a captured <br />system and will be treated once a quarter, all waste will be properly disposed of. I also have attached <br />Safety Kleen's test of the waste, from the results of the test they have this labeled on their manifest as <br />Non Regulated liquid. <br />Item 114 Failed to keep signed copy of waste manifests <br />Attached are the 3 missing manifests. We will ensure improved record keep is in place, <br />Item 507 Fail to conduct daily inspections of waste tanks <br />We had in place a monthly check, we have adopted your daily tank inspection form and have been <br />conducting daily inspections.
