The last available tank <br />assessment was dated May 11, 2011. The owner or operator of a hazardous waste tank shall obtain a written <br />assessment reviewed and certified by an independent, qualified, professional engineer, registered in California <br />attesting that the system has sufficient structural integrity, is acceptable for the transferring, storing, and treating of <br />hazardous waste, and that the tanks and containment system are suitably designed. Immediately have an <br />assessment prepared for the 1500 gallon used oil tank. Submit a schedule showing when this will be accomplished ya'� <br />to the EHD. b <br />This is a Class 11 violation. <br />601 <br />CCR 66262.34(a) Stored hazardous waste on site longer than 90 days without a permit or authorization. <br />A white plastic portable tank of used antifreeze located outside the east side of the shop was observed with an <br />accumulation start date of 2/16/18.
