The last available tank <br />assessment was dated May 11, 2011. The owner or operator of a h ardous waste tank shall obtain a written <br />assessment reviewed and certified by an independent qualified, prc essional engineer, registered in California <br />attesting that the system has sufficient structural integrity, is acceptg Ae for the transferring, storing, and treating of <br />hazardous waste, and that the tanks and containment system are st tably designed. Immediately have an <br />assessment prepared for the 1500 gallon used oil tank. Submit a sc iedute showing when this will be accomplished byy� <br />to the EHD. L <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />601 <br />CCR 66262.34(a) Stored hazardous waste on site longer than 90 di ys without a permit or authorization. <br />A white plastic portable tank of used antifreeze located outside the 4 test side of the shop was observed with an <br />accumulation start date of 2/16118.
