Computer <br />& television monitors are disposed locally. Ensure a disposal receipt is retained on site for the disposal <br />of Universal Waste. <br />- OS&D Building (Overage, Shortage & Damages) are products returned back from delivery route <br />because of defect. Typical items: dry food, paper, toliet paper, animal food, furniture. Driver and a <br />witness document on a Property Inventory sheet what items are returned. Sheet is taped to cardboard <br />box which items are stored in. <br />- In 2011 year, facility generated approximately 350 gallons (1.4 Tons of used antifreeze), 9400 gallons <br />(37.6 tons of used oil), 4815 pounds (2.4 tons) of manifested waste = 41.4 Tons of hazardous waste. <br />- Safety Kleen manifest states RQ Benzene - waste dry absorbent.
