Failed to label universal waste to identify type of universal waste. The following universal waste <br />electronic items were found in various location of the facility which all lack the labeling/ identification: <br />There are five computer monitors lined up in a row on the counter top and one small television monitor in <br />the gray tote adjacent to the monitoi5in the OS&D building. One small television monitor found on the <br />floor of the truck wash/ chemical/ equipment building. One large computer monitor found upstairs of the <br />parts storage located above the Service/ Parts office building. All these electronic equipment lacked the <br />identification/labeling as "Universal Waste -Electronic Devices". Immediately have each item labeled or <br />post a sign in the general vicinity above the equipments labeled as "Universal Waste -Electronic Devices". <br />108. Failed to determine if waste is a hazardous waste. There are several one gallon paint cans located <br />above the Service/ Parts office building. Per, Service Manager, some are no longer being used. It is <br />unclear what the physical state/ condition of the contents. If these items are a waste, make a <br />determination if these items are a hazardous waste and manage, store, dispose the paint cans according <br />to hazardous waste regulations, California Code of Regulations, Title 22.
