The following universal waste electronic items were found in various location of the facility which all lack the labeling/ identification: There are five computer monitors lined up in a row on the counter top and one small television monitor in the gray tote adjacent to the monitoi5in the OS&D building. One small television monitor found on the floor of the truck wash/ chemical/ equipment building. One large computer monitor found upstairs of the parts storage located above the Service/ Parts office building. All these electronic equipment lacked the identification/labeling as "Universal Waste -Electronic Devices". Immediately have each item labeled or post a sign in the general vicinity above the equipments labeled as "Universal Waste -Electronic Devices". 108. Failed to determine if waste is a hazardous waste. There are several one gallon paint cans located above the Service/ Parts office building. Per, Service Manager, some are no longer being used. It is unclear what the physical state/ condition of the contents. If these items are a waste, make a determination if these items are a hazardous waste and manage, store, dispose the paint cans according to hazardous waste regulations, California Code of Regulations, Title 22. Submit a statement how the paint cans will be managed. ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE.
