Item # 20 and 23: <br />Labeling has been established on the 2 containers noted in the inspection, please refer to pictures 1-5. <br />Item #32: <br />Tank assessment has been completed. <br />This was delayed due to extensive information that had to be located and provided to the assessment <br />company and there was much difficulty in locating a company to perform this task. Copy of assessment <br />provided. <br />Item #45: <br />Contingency plan has been updated, see provided copy. <br />SPCC plan is being updated, this is being performed by ENSAFE and began on 6/2/11, copy of updated <br />plan will be provided once completed. <br />Item #47: <br />Copy of employee training records is provided reflecting employee name, subject title, completion date, <br />and employee title. (copy of job descriptions provided also). <br />
