Inc. <br />901 D'Arcy Parkway <br />Lathrop Ca. 95320 <br />Violation #31 CCR 66265.191 <br />Correction: <br />Per the SPCC plan annual integrity testing the above ground storage tanks located at 901 <br />D'Arcy Parkway Lathrop Ca. is not required due to the fact they meet all the following <br />criteria for the USEPA March 2004 Industry Settlement. <br />• Well Designed with a capacity of less than 30,000 gallons on a pedestal or <br />support that permits inspection from all sides. <br />• Well Designed with a capacity of less than 30,000 gallons resting on an <br />impermeable surface (i.e, concrete, asphalt) so that releases can be readily <br />observed. <br />• Double wall tanks and vaulted tanks with interstitial monitoring. <br />(See also page 11 A of the SPCC plan) <br />The SPCC plan does state also on page 1 I that in the event of a significant repair a tank <br />assessment will be conducted.
