Facility failed to perform a tank assessment for the used oil storage tank. Pursuant t California <br />Code of Regulation section 66265.191 a facility must obtain and keep on file a written tank assessment <br />reviewed and certified by an independent, qualified, and California certified, professional engineer. <br />Submit proof of corrective action by 6/19/10. <br />#47. Facility's personnel training record was incomplete. Pursuant to CCR section 66265.55 a <br />employee training record mustt least include the following information: name of employee, Job title, <br />job description, and informatio ^II the training that was provided. Provide proof of corrective action to <br />this office by 6/19/10. <br />Notes <br />A copy of complete return to compliance must be submitted to this office by 6/19/10. <br />Facility failed to label 1 - 55 gallon drum storing hazardous waste ( used lubricant), one tote containing <br />used antifreeze had a blank hazardous waste label. A HW storage container must be labeled with at <br />least the following information: the word "Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, physical <br />state, hazardous properties, accumulation start date, and content. Manager labeled all HW container <br />during inspection. <br />A poly blue container storing drained used filter was not labeled. A container storing drained used oil <br />and feW filter must be labeled as such with a start date. Owner labeled the container ith the <br />requirement during inspection. <br />Provided free CUPA class information. <br />Provided Labels and labeling instructions. <br />ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY <br />THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REIN <br />EHD Inspector: <br />NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE ($115). <br />ANY TJME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />
