Return to Compliance Report J U L I 6 2008 <br />Violation: 7/10/08pE-p,�y -'S'_r'Vi- <br /># 10: Contacted Safety Kleen to assist with analyzing sample of metal dust located at <br />chop saw on north end of shop facility, sample was obtained and analyzed by <br />McCampbell Ananlytical Inc. All samples found to be within control limits. (see attached <br />copy of report from McCampbell Ananlytical Inc. <br />#21: Shop employee meeting held on 7/1/2008 to cover inspection findings, see attached <br />notes from meeting with employee sign in sheet also. The need to ensure lid is securely <br />fastened on antifreeze when not is use was discussed. (see attached photo of tank taken <br />on 7/10/2008). <br />#28: Manifest # 000276785 missing, an exception report was filed on 6/30/2008. (see <br />attached copy of exception report). On 6/30/2008 Safety Kleen was able to finally <br />provide us a copy of the completed Manifest, a copy has been provided with this report. <br />#61: Stockton Service Station Equipment Co., Inc. was contacted on 6/30/2008 to <br />perform an assessment of the Used/New oil tank located at the north end of the shop <br />building, overall findings were satisfactory, see attached report. <br />#75: Safety Kleen was contacted and a request was made to provide a container to store <br />burnt out fluorescent light bulbs, box was delivered and placed into into service on <br />7/3/2008, this co tainer is maintained by the facility maintenance dept.
