Title 22 CCR, 66265.192(k)(7) --Description and evaluation of the secondary containment for the tank system (including ancillary equipment). The secondary containment must be designed to contain 110% of the largest tank. Comments: Double wall Tank. Title 22 CCR, 66265.192(k)(8) --Hazardous waste characteristics of the waste(s) that have been or will be handled. Comments: Used Oil (NFPA Code — Health (1), Fire (1), Reactivity (0), and Specific Hazard (None)). Title 22 CCR, 66265.192(k)(9) --Independent, qualified professional engineer's inspection of the system for the following; (A) Weld cracks or breaks (B) Scrapes of protective coatings (C) Corrosion (D) Any structural damage or inadequacy construction or installation cracks, punctures damaged fittings. All discrepancies shall be documented in the assessment and remedied before the Comments: The Professional Engineer has confirmed that the integrity of the AST at this facility has not been compromised by any of the above-mentioned conditions.
