M <br /> MOBILE EQUIPMENTDIVISION <br /> SAFETY TRAINING <br /> NEW EMPLOYEES <br /> • All employees of the Mobile Equipment Division within the first week of <br /> hire receive the four hour Mobile Equipment New Employee Orientation <br /> presented by our safety specialist. <br /> • The program includes all trainings and videos listed on the New Employee <br /> Checklist. <br /> SAFETY TRAINING <br /> • All employees are included in our safety training program. All managers, <br /> foremen, craft employees and non-clerical administrative personnel are <br /> trained either the first and third week or the second and fourth week on a <br /> regularly scheduled day at various locations. <br /> • Certain clerical positions are not included in the regularly scheduled safety <br /> trainings. They are included in the annual emergency evacuation training <br /> and practice. <br /> • Documentation of the training is included for craft personnel via our <br /> workorder system, documenting the employees time of attendance with <br /> their payroll processing. Administrative personnel that attend are noted on <br /> the workorder by the safety specialist. <br /> • Hazardous Waste and Universal Waste training is done every March/April <br /> at all locations. The training is for all craft, foremen, and superintendents. <br /> • The safety specialist is responsible for the accounting of who participates <br /> in the hazardous waste and universal waste training. Employees that <br /> have not participated will be given the training by the end of the quarter. <br /> • The latest training for Hazardous Materials and Hazardous Waste for the <br /> safety specialist was completed on January 11, 2011 through the <br /> California Trucking Association <br />
