C <br />Hazardous Waste Program Inspection Report Stockton Page 2 <br />Number 49 <br />A. Attached is a packet with the designated personnel on site as well as their position <br />classification. <br />B. Job Titles and Description information is included in the packet and has been included <br />in the Hazardous Materials Business Plan. <br />C. All new employees are trained following the New Employee Orientation safety training <br />record. New employees are trained preferable prior to taking the position, if not <br />possible are trained within the first week of employment. <br />D. Mobile Equipment Superintendents, Foreman and Craft employees are included in <br />our annual safety training. Safety training is conducted every other week or <br />approximately every 10 working days. Subjects are noted in the 2011 safety training <br />program, attached in the packet. <br />E. Employee time is entered by the assigned workorder. Time is tracked and training is <br />documented. For administrative personnel the attendance is noted by the safety <br />specialist after the training is completed. See attachment. Please note the <br />employees that missed the early February training were not working until March 2011. <br />F. Safety training summary is run quarterly by the safety specialist. The training sheet <br />documents safety meeting attendance, and helps to indicated employees that have <br />missed training and are in need of makeup training. <br />G. Workorder copies are placed in the Hazardous Materials Business Plan binder so that <br />each site superintendent and foreman has ready access to the dates of safety training <br />and the information that was presented during the safety trainings. See attachments. <br />Number 85 <br />A. Universal Waste Collection Log has been implemented and was included with the <br />Hazardous Materials Business Plan binder. See attachment. <br />B. Note boxes for the fluorescent bulbs were picked up by the safety specialist and <br />training has been completed at all sites restating the procedures to follow for storage <br />and labeling of used bulbs. <br />C. Universal waste is gathered over a two week or 10 working day cycle. Material is <br />transported via the safety specialist and is delivered to AERC Recycling in Hayward, <br />CA. <br />D. Memorandum is received upon delivery of the universal waste and is matched against <br />the invoice received from AERC. Records date to 2004 and are kept by the safety <br />specialist. <br />
