This was <br />covered and checked to make sure all knew the proper assembly point. <br />• Additionally during the training it was presented and made clear that should there <br />be a fire, the assembly point would be Stockton Construction down the street <br />because of the fuel tanks. <br />• Foreman, Mike Fouts, Partsman Vic Bakarich and Safety Steve Ede[ accounted <br />for all personnel on site, off site and currently at home. <br />• Covered that either the foreman, Mike Fouts or Partsman Vick Bakarich are to <br />grab the emergency information and employee list should there be an <br />emergency. Noted some changes to the flipchart are needed, Vic Bakarich will <br />make the personnel updates. <br />• It was checked and the employee listing that is with the Emergency Information is <br />current for ME personnel. <br />Opportunity <br />At the time of evacuation we only had our Mobile Equipment crew. Why we were <br />out at the gate accounting for our personnel two people from the Ford dealer <br />came in to the building after we were evacuated. <br />Need to add Water Division personnel to our emergency evacuation list. <br />Our Water Division personnel were not present during our evacuation practice. <br />Steve Edel to notify Mark Nilsen as to the procedures for evacuation. <br />Solution <br />Steve Edel to update list.
