A number of technical compliance issues were clarified. Following the meeting several hours were spent at <br /> the truck wash reviewing what has been corrected since receiving your report. I collected a sample of the wash facility's <br /> process water and sludge entering their onsite collection system The sample will be analyzed for hazardous waste <br /> characteristics by a CA DOHS certified lab. It was unfortunate that we could not share the results of your earlier lab work <br /> but we now understand from the District Attorney's investigator the County's hesitancy.The normal turn around time is <br /> two weeks for the testing and laboratory reporting. While most of the items on your inspection reports have been <br /> corrected and put into operation,we request an extension of two weeks to complete corrective work and receive the <br /> laboratory findings. The reply I will provide addresses the June 26`"inspection as 1 believe the earlier inspection in 2011 <br /> was prior to the business acquisition by Manjeet and his group of investors. While we await laboratory findings I will <br /> complete a draft of a Tier I SPCCP, an update of the Hazardous Materials Management Plan,waste oil tank assessment, <br /> employee training and several written operating procedures for Imperial's guidance and other issues introduced in our <br /> earlier Corrective Action Statement dated <br /> 26 July 2012. <br /> 1 <br />
