He is in charge of <br />issuing permits for the sanitary sewer. What I understand is that the permit was never finalized, no inspector <br />was on site to witness the completion of the project. Conditions of the permit includes installing some sort of <br />separator system for the truck wash for liquid discharge. Original plans by the facility owner was to install a <br />membrane filter system but they changed to a sand -oil -water separator system. It is unclear what type of <br />separator system the facility owner had install or if he had installed one. <br />Derek had also received the OSHA report would be interested in attending the meetings with us to discuss the <br />case. He would like to be presented with us during inspection visit to ensure facility is in compliance with his <br />permit.
