Emergency Equip—men <br />A. The following emergency equipment is kept on the plant premises, <br />and shall be used according to the character of the emergency which <br />has occurred: <br />V. A2reemants with LQcW A2encies <br />The PCP Can Plant has notified the local police and fire departments, local <br />hospitals, and appropriate state and local* emergency response team of our facility's <br />operations relative to hazardous waste handling and treatment and the potential. <br />need for their services pursuant to 22 CCR §66264.37. <br />PIMMMI MM <br />A. Once an employee signals an alert which involves a release or threatened <br />release of a hazardous material/waste, EC on site will determine whether <br />evacuation is necessary for the safety of the employees or to assist in the <br />mitigation or cleanup.
