Hazardous materials release responders, as designated in the Emergency <br />Response Plan, shall be •- trained (in addition to the above) in <br />mitigation and cleanup procedures and in the proper use of safety and other <br />emergency equipment. <br />E. Training and other requirements of the Cal/OSHA Hazardous Waste <br />Operation and Emergency Response Standard [8 CCR §5192(q)], to the <br />extent applicable, will be used to qualify designated employees as emergency <br />responders.
