t <br />WHO MUST ME TIM 1991 HAZARDOUS WASTE REPORT IN CALIFORNIA <br />Sites ui e the Report <br />Your site is required to file the 1991 Hazardous Waste Report if, in 1991: <br />■ your site generated in any single month 1,000 kg (2,200 lbs) or more of RCRA or <br />California regulated hazardous waste or a combination of RCRA or California <br />regulated hazardous waste; <br />■ or, your site generated in any single month or accumulated at any time, 1 kg (2.2 lbs) of <br />RCRA acute hazardous waste; <br />■ or, your site generated or accumulated at any time more than 100 kg (220 lbs) of spill <br />cleanup material contaminated with RCRA acute hazardous waste; <br />■ or, your site treated, stored, or disposed RCRA hazardous waste in units subject to <br />RCRA permitting requirements; <br />■ or, your site treated or disposed California regulated hazardous wastes in units exempt <br />from RCRA permitting requirements. <br />Sites NOT Required to He the Report <br />Sites that meet NONE of the criteria in the box above are not required to the file the 1991 <br />Hazardous Waste Report. However, you are requested to return the postcard found on the <br />back cover to indicate that you are exempt from the report requirement. EPA will use the <br />postcards to distinguish sites that are exempt from repo form those sites that are out of <br />compliance. <br />California Hazardous Waste Codes are listed on the back of this page. Report all California <br />wastes whenever appropriate on Form GM or 'Form WR. <br />
