E <br />11 <br />57 66265.195(a) Failed to conduct daily inspection of tanks for <br />following: discharge control equipment, corrosion, releases, <br />monitoring and leak detection data, construction materials and <br />secondary containment areas, and level of waste in uncovered tanks. <br />(GOR) <br />58 66265.195(b) Failed to inspect cathodic protection systems (if <br />present) and sources of impressed current as appropriate. (GOR) <br />59 66265.196 Failed to remove from service immediately a tank system or <br />secondary containment system that had leaked or spilled. (GOR) <br />60 66265.197 During closure of tank system, failed to remove or <br />decontaminate all waste residues, contaminated tank system, soils, and <br />manage them as HW.
