Page 12 <br />7.0 Contingency Plan: <br />If an injury occursr the followimg action will be takem: <br />-Medical attention for the iniured person <br />immediately. <br />-Notify the Site Safety Qfficer. <br />-Depending on the type a/vd severity of the '5njury, <br />the occupational physician will be notified. <br />-The injured person's personnel off ice wi]l be <br />notified. <br />-An incident report wlll be prepared. The Site <br />Safety Officer wilI be responsible for its <br />preparation and submittal to the Health and Safety <br />Direction and corporate within 24 <br />hours. <br />-The Site Safety Officer will dkkring <br />a medical emergency. <br />
