Box 588 Stockton, CA 95201 2091465-5886 General Engineering Class A License No. 505704 <br />TANK DECONTAMINATION PROCEDURES <br />North Cal Construction will remove all residue in tank by high <br />pressure wash and steam. The tank will be steamed at 2000 - 300' <br />for approximately 45 minutes and then high pressure washed. All <br />residue will be removed from tank by means of a vacuum truck and <br />transported to a state certified TSDF on a hazardous waste <br />manifest. The above tank decontamination will be performed by <br />North Cal Construction and rinstate will be transported by a <br />licensed hazardous waste hauler. Once tank is empty of all <br />residue, the tank will be purged by means of inserting 20 pounds <br />of dry ice per 1,000 gallons compacity of tank. <br />P.O.
