Box 9019 * 1252 Quarry Lane e Pleasanton, CA 94566 e (415) 426-2600 <br />October 13, 1987 .42863-70 <br />Mr. Lewis Shipper <br />Lone Star Industries <br />11555 Dublin Canyon Road <br />Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br />Dear Mr. Shipper: <br />This report is to describe the results and observations of the <br />tank integrity tests we recently completed at: <br />The Lone Star Industries Facility <br />South Tracy Boulevard <br />Tracy, California <br />One (1) 10,000 gallon Diesel, one (1) 1,000 gallon Regular <br />Gasoline, one (1) 350 gallon Diesel, and one (1) 250 gallon Waste <br />Oil tanks were tested on August 17 and 29, 1987, using the Horner <br />"EZY-CHEK" tank testing system. <br />The results of the tests are as follows: <br />The tanks were shown to be "product tight". Certificates of <br />Compliance have been issued for these tanks and accompany this <br />report. <br />Notification of Tank Test Results are required within 30 days.of <br />the test in certain jurisdictions.
