The development equipment <br /> will be decontaminated by washing with the approved drilling water <br /> supply at SHAD. An ESE development form must be filled out for each <br /> developed well. <br /> Monitor_MZ11_SaMPjjj4 <br /> All monitor well sampling at SHAD will be conducted following the <br /> USATHAMA Geotechnical Requirements• There is a 7-day stabilization <br /> period after development before any well can be sampled• Five <br /> volumes of the well water and annual space water will be purged and <br /> contained as previously explained• If a well has been properly <br /> developed with a submersible pump, the use of a centrifugal pump to <br /> purge a well is acceptable• Field pH and specific conductivity must <br /> be recorded at the beginning, middle, and end of purging. Samples <br /> ' will be taken using a dedicated PVC bailer for each well• An ESE <br /> sample form will be filled out for each well• Bailers should be <br /> wrapped in plastic, marked by well number, and stored for future <br /> use• Sample preservation and filtration will be followed as to the <br /> ESE Chemistry Divisions requirements. <br />
